Refund Policy – Veiggara

Right to a Refund

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers within the European Union have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide justification.


Refund Eligibility Conditions

A product is eligible for a refund if:

  • It is returned within 14 days of receipt

  • It has not been used or damaged

  • It is in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals

  • It is accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

The following products are not eligible for a refund:

  • Personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased on promotion or special offer

  • Products not returned in their original condition


Refund Procedure

To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer support at support@veiggara.com, providing the order number, the reason for return, and attaching photos of the product if necessary.

Once the request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
⚠️ No product should be returned without prior authorization.


Processing Times

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 45 calendar days.
The refund will be issued via the customer’s original method of payment.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.


Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.


Defective Products

If the product is received damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photo evidence.
In such cases, a full refund or replacement will be offered at no extra cost.
